Cashless Access & Claims Process
Zero paperwork at network facilities, with simple reimbursement when eligible.
If you use a provider outside the network where this is permitted, submit a reimbursement claim within the timeline in your policy wording (for example, 30 days from the date of service). Keep ready a valid dated prescription from a registered doctor, original itemised invoices, diagnostic reports where applicable, and your KYC details.
